duno wad happen... so suay leh...
today go work.... toh neo sy all go bugis... u cant go... sat is reserved for work le... sad sia........ =(
ytd nn 2dae i meet sooo many troublesome nn attitude de customer.
First encounter on 17.Nov.2006, time : 10.20p.m (nearning to closing time)
--First they buy de coupon de meal. de burger cant change nn it's single de. den they neva c properly den hor, in de end go add patty nn chesse.... means i need to key again... kk dat's not de problem. already add chesse nn patty still not happy, say de burger look smaller den de normal 1. wa so picky sia. u eat inside stomach also become water le ma. den had to make a new 1. dat time de patty already almost finish le. den is so mafan leh.... KK NVM!!!
Nxt encounter on 18.Nov.2006, time 3~6pm.
--Attitude Customer A : This is a fast food resturant so i expect u to be fast.(speaking VERY fast)
--Me : Huh?(softly)
--Attitude Customer A : Give me a Grilled Chicken takeaway.
--Me : Do u wan juz de burger or de meal?
--Attitude Customer A :Juz de grilled chicken.
--Me : [anounce grilled chicken] , grilled chicken take away rite?
--Attitude Customer A : [neva say anything]
--Me : So takeaway rite?
--Attitude Customer A : U had juz said my order already.
KK FINE!!! I only wan confirm with u. Ltr rmb wrong u come complain again. nn de way she say, " You had juz said my order.!" is so arrogant!!! Den duno she wan takeawayn anot. scare ltr rmb wrong or hear wrong. so i juz tk it as takeaway.
Den ask her for chilly or ketchup.
Den while i turn back to tk de burger, i keep telling myself 1 thing. 'customer is always right, no matter wad also muz smile to her'
so in de end, i FORCE myself to smile nn THANK her. omg. de first time i force myself like dat de.
ENCOUNTER 3 on 18.nov.2006, time 6~9pm.
--Gt 2 indian / malay boys come order. den duno wad, they tell me wan 3 chicken meal. nn of cuz i ask them if de wan to upsize. den duno y, they keep laughing. den they say no nn i ask if all coke. think they say yes also... but 1 thing. THEY JUZ CANT STOP LAUGHING. nn is very noisy. den dat time i very sad, or say fed up. cuz keep void alot. duno y every customer c me not happy. all wan change order. void duno how much le. den i at there wan cry wan cry like dat. den they like dat laugh duno izzit cuz of me? but don seem de crew there say anything. so i any key la. they also ordered a small fries.
den something happen which make me feel SOO happy!! kk i m evil.... =(
my friend c them keep laughing oso not happy. c le bu shuang. actually i oso bu shuang. maybe i become ap? haha.
i go tk fries den not enough. actually onli enough for 2 n 1/2 medium. den she make into 4 medium. pro hor? i go tk den i tk 2 only. i say not enough. den she say. "???????????????fries?." she say they keep laughing for no reason. de whole bk crew, nobody know wad they laughing. all keep ask, "wad are they laughing?" den mt friend say they come out frm siao lang king. umm.. so say mental hospital. hehe. den she tk 3 medium fries le. den i give den. den i suddenly rmb still gt 1 small fries. den i quickly tk back. den i tell my friend. den she say. de small fries is not small. is a few fries. i was laughing. de 1 at de kitchen also laugh. haha. den give den lo. den hor. i was thinking. i should not rmb gt small fries. let them don hab. den i think like very bad. atleast abit. haha.
but anyway it's fun. nn i m happy. =] thks!
den hor duno why, all de customer gt something wrong hor, always come find me. do i look like a consulter? or de head? den all not i served wrong de manager come. i so scare de manager think i serve wrong. den scold me. lucky neva.
duno y, today keep void. i neva key wrong. but de customer always wan change order... sad sia........

if not because i m doing de counter, nn serving de customer, nn de idiot hu say customer is always right, i make sure i wont smile nn them. give den black face. too bad cant.
tmr still need work. haiz... sad leh. scare de customer all wan viod again. haiz......
btw, every1, de burgerking de food price all become expensiver. den student no more chicken jr, chicken jr change to grilled chicken. student meal for BK chicken nn BK fish IS $4.50 instead of $3.95. den de drinks is become very very small 1. so hor, for those drink alot water like me, betta upsize their drink to medium atleats. thinks r getting more nn more expensive. need to memorise more things also cuz of new things......
haiz...... enough of my complains. now fun time!!!!
